What happened this week? Kitlinx is trying to understand why there was an unusual RUSH OF ORDERS during the week. We experienced a similar business increase in April 2020 because of COVID restrictions. But we have NO CLUE why the business almost doubled this past week. Could you please remove my review for the Pilot Replicas SAAB J21a3? I mistakenly thought that I was sending a response to the service that I had received from KITLINX, and not for the items. I will write a quick review of the kit once this is straightened up. Sorry for the mix up

If you received this email and did NOT receive your order, we welcome you to check your order status and try to understand WHY? It's often that your order is "stuck" because one item (hopefully not more) is not sourced automatically by Kitlinx system. It often means that a supplier ran out of the product between the time of your order and Kitlinx scheduled order to that supplier - Inventory is a constantly flowing unknown, but multiple suppliers and constant updates help reduce the errors.

Kitlinx is working with an automated system that sends notifications IF an item is NOT sourced within 1 week of your order. By that time, ALL items should be sourced (except pre-orders). Actually, by EACH MONDAY NIGHT, all items should be sourced. A similar process occurs on THURSDAY NIGHT but not for International Orders (yet).

So I received the Hobbyboss M35 ADGZ Steyr vehicle model. It arrived in the scheduled time frame and well packaged. This was not a model which many other online hobby stores are presently carrying. There are many unusual subjects kitted by Eastern European countries that are nearly impossible to find in the USA except through Kitlinx. I would recommend buying through Kitlinx to other modelers

NOTE from Kitlinx: Missing parts and other issues are NOT straight forward processes. Kitlinx will do its best to resolve the issue, but the MAIN PURPOSE of Kitlinx is to procure models/accessories/books for our customers, and ship them in a timely fashion. QC problems involves the willingness of distributors and manufacturers, and the experience varies greatly.

Let me add some "tricks" to the POWERFUL search engine of Kitlinx. Below are the KEYS to search ~ 80,000 available products (63% in US, 37% in Europe)
1. Use the top box search on Homepage
2. Use several keywords separated by spaces to zero-in your search "1/48 spitfire aircraft_model" (59 kits)
3. Use the underscore "_", like armor_models or Tamiya_ or aircraft_accessor "1/48 spitfire aircraft_access" (456 accessories)
4. Use keyword "instock" to JUST search for in-stock items
5. If you are searching for SALE items, use the keyword "~special~"
6. Don't forget the Manufacturer's link on TOP of each Product-Page. It quickly shows ALL available product from the same manufacturer
