International Shipping Hiccup: Kitlinx is SO FRUSTRATED. That first package from Europe has been stuck since Feb.6 in NY, but released from US customs on Feb.14... but still NOT moving. The following order arrived in NY on Feb.17.. and again NOT moving - FYI, usually, when a Priority International arrives in NY, Kitlinx receives it/them on the NEXT DAY! We understand that a major snow storm has hit the Eastern States, but one would think that NY is well prepared for such events... [we send our kind thoughts to our customers in the Southern States and Texas]. Kitlinx is looking at confronting the US Postal Service on this issue. Kitlinx is also looking at DHL or Fed/UPS International for a better/faster service. These large shipments have VERY expensive shipping costs... we want our money worth!

Just place ANOTHER ORDER of what you want to ADD, including extra shipping

Put in the "special Instructions" - 'Combine with Order#####'

Send Kitlinx an email stating that you want to combine Order#### to Order#### (VERY IMPORTANT! Both orders should have the comment)

Kitlinx personnel will read your "Special Instructions" ONLY WHEN WE SHIP. Kitlinx combines orders automatically IF they pull on the same day. But otherwise, we will hold one order until the other items are sourced

Kilinx will credit you back the second shipping charge IF the added items do not alter the shipping charge of the initial order. You will receive an automated email when credit is extended due to overcharge or combination of orders.
Kitlinx wants to work with YOU, our valued customer! The above procedure is BEST, because it is automated (does not need a human interaction). Kitlinx will ADD A COMMENT on the first order to make sure it's combined with the later order(s).
if it's only ONE item to add, Kitlinx has the capability to ADD this item to an order, but remember that we have to receive payment as well, recalculate shipping charges, etc... This is why the above procedure is BEST

Kitlinx is receiving another restock on MONDAY!
U-9 U-Boote was the first submarine which was able to reload her torpedo tubes while submerged. She sank three obsolete British Cruisers within one hour, on 22 September 1914, with the loss of 1,459 sailors. The submarines were considered as "toys" by the Admiralty before this event. On 14 October 1914, U-9 sank the Cruiser HMS Hawke with a loss of 524 sailors. U-9 and SMS Emdem were the only WW I ships which Kaiser Wilhelm II awarded the Iron Cross.

Let me add some "tricks" to the POWERFUL search engine of Kitlinx. Below are the KEYS to search ~ 80,000 available products (63% in US, 37% in Europe)
1. Use the top box search on Homepage
2. Use several keywords separated by spaces to zero-in your search "1/48 spitfire aircraft_model" (59 kits)
3. Use the underscore "_", like armor_models or Tamiya_ or aircraft_accessor "1/48 spitfire aircraft_access" (456 accessories)
4. Use keyword "instock" to JUST search for in-stock items
5. If you are searching for SALE items, use the keyword "~special~"
