1. Kitlinx inventory
Since Ian was out of town this week, we only progressed on the
Accessory lines. Aber is done and is ON SALE this week
2. Backlog: We have now
reduced our backlog since the move to a manageable list. However we met
a terrible issue: about 14 packed orders, all fairly small and going
USPS, were not labeled and... disappeared! Kitlinx is contacting
customers to see if they want to reorder (if the items are not out of
production) or cancel. This move has been a bigger challenge than we
thought
3. An International order has landed, as well as a US order. We are
shipping today and Monday many of your orders.
Historical
Military Bust
Kitlinx is now offering a line of Maddog
Mini Factory 1/4 Scale Famous Military Bust. These are
various famous aces of the air, the land or the sea... ONE NEW bust will be offered each week.
These busts are created using AI technology coupled with 3D Printing
(both in FDM and Resin options). We also want to challenge our
customers with painting these figures and showing their work - This
week it's Hans-Joachim
Marseille, Francis
Gabreski and Reinhard
Hadegen
Each of our models will have a bust next to it! Each of these heroes
deserve to be standing tall next to their machines

Bust 3D
Printed Kitlinx has put a hold on the production of these
busts as we have switched AI software to produce these amazing
historical figures. The new software allows more accurate rendering.
Each individual face should have the specific features that make each
of them unique. More busts should appear within a few days

1. Kitlinx inventory is moving
forward. Ian is running the inventory for us, and he has finished
Hasegawa! This weekend's sale will be on that line. Next week, we are
going faster by putting a couple employees on the Accessory lines
2. Backlog: Loic was
"over-optimistic" by stating that the backlog will be caught up this
week... but we halfed it! Because we are serious about customer's
satisfaction, Loic is offering a 10% credit to ALL orders who
were delayed from February to April 2026 by more than 4-weeks.
The credit is calculated from the value of the delayed order, and the
time is calculated from the time of the order to the time of printing
the label. There FEW exceptions:
The No-Decals kits did not have weights in the database, so customers
could choose to ship them USPS Ground Advantage, and Kitlinx lost money
in the shipping costs. Please contact customer support to claim your
credit, and Chanel can look at case by case.

The moving sale is now done. We
appreciate your business AND your patience! Many customers had a

these errors, but Kitlinx most likely has the missing items - but in
the wrong location. We WILL find them during our FULL INVENTORY of our

2026 Happy Easter
Moving Saga... The move of Kitlinx was completed ONE WEEK ago, but it has
been a struggle to re-organize the shipping organization to be
efficient and timely. We have hired new people to help us in this
transition
Our backlog is about 120 orders, with the most recent European Order
received/currently shipping to customers, and our next European Order
landing early next week.
Customer Phone Support Update We moved our customer support phone line to another line,
but kept the SAME number.
This move was NOT smooth. Verizon's system was not very efficient and
it kept our customers "in the dark" for a week. This phone line is now
working. Emails support@kitlinx.com is always available.

Moving Update... Kitlinx has finally completed the move! Monday March 23rd
will be the first day of operation at our new location!
The operation is not fully efficient yet because we used a number of
hired help to move kits/books/accessories and efficiency comes from
accurate inventory and each product "has a location, and in its
location". Kitlinx will start an overall inventory starting with the
accessories.
We are posting a few pictures below to show our new installation No-Decals Collection We have entered a 100-kit collection WITHOUT
decals. The customer removed the decals from the kit. But otherwise the
kits are complete. You can search this collection highly discounted
using the keyword "NODECALS"

European Orders The orders are now flowing pretty fast. US
Customs added Steel/Copper/Aluminum tariffs and also the 'Toxic
Substance Control Act Declaration'. Obviously our hobby products do not
fall into both declarations but we still need to fill the forms!
Another European order is landing MONDAY
Moving Update... a. Books completed
and shelved in new location
b. Kits - only 25% of kits
have moved - that's this coming week's work
c. Accessories - Shelving is
done and 50% of the accessories have moved
d. Shipping: We are backlogged
200 orders. We are urgently addressing this issue on Monday. Shipping
this coming week will be the last in our old warehouse.
New Collection A new 1/48 aircraft collection is coming next
week...
