DESCRIPTION
The Churchill was the standard British Infantry tank from 1941-1942 after trying various expedients for crossing ditches. Carried a bridge capable of spanning a 30ft gap on its deck and support 60 tons; the vehicle with bridge had a weight of 40.8 tons.
