Order Status is NOT automated until "official launch of Kitlinx2", but this coming week it will WORK again!... but we process orders continuously

Received my second order from Kitlinx today. It included three 'available to order' items which needed to be sourced overseas. I have long mistrusted the 'available to order' option from another supplier. Not anymore, not with you. From order to receipt was about three weeks. Entirely satisfactory for hard to source items. I was a longstanding, satisfied customer and fan of your previous enterprise Great Models (at a previous address). I am now a fan of Kitlinx: with the overseas supply chain it is Great Models on steroids with a highly informative website, especially on related products, to boot. Well done

NOTE: to decide which "feedback" to chose, we look if the comments are POTENTIALLY HELPING other customers to understand our Hobby-Supply-philosophy, and how long the customer has been dealing with Kitlinx (we LOVE our NEW customers, but we want to reward patience and experience with our operation). Kitlinx has been aggressively pursuing the supplier of these marvelous paints. Finally we got a FIRM response:

We are still short staffed here in the warehouse.
The factory producing paint shut in March and only opened a few weeks ago, obviously they have a lot of orders to process but we are due a paint delivery next week
We are out of stock of a lot colours but the delivery should cover most of your order
If we can get the staff, we should be able to get your order together in the next 10 days
Loic will be visiting Europe in September (to pay respect to his mother's passing on June 6th, 2020 - Dang COVID restrictions...), and might bring the package back in his check-in luggage! (if he has to!)
Clean-up Lines:
We have "cleaned up" and add many items/pictures to the AML Czech Republic line. This line is HUGE in accessories and conversions (500+ accessories!). It is a line we source in Europe. We still have some pictures to upload for that line
Meng 1/32 Dr.I (Former Wingnut Wings Molds):
We were informed that "a few customers" that the new Meng 1/32 Dr.I has a faulty injection cast. We have attached a picture below. We shipped MANY of these kits to our valued customers. Please open your box, and verify if this part is faulty or not. Please contact us if the part is faulty. Replacement parts are being sent by Meng.
We have opened many boxes, and could not find ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS! (actually, it's a very clean and detailed injection molding)
The above "Manufacturer Quality Control" is a good example of some of the claims we receive. We have updated Kitlinx policies regarding "Mfg Part Errors". Please note that MOST Manufacturers do NOT shrink-wrap boxes anymore. Kitlinx will add a 'Replacement Part' to a current order to minimize the impact of shipping
"Kitlinx does NOT open kits or accessories. Manufacturers are responsible for the accuracy of their packaging. Kitlinx will first refer the customer to the Manufacturer if a part is missing. If the Manufacturer do not respond to the mistake, Kitlinx will gladly procure the part(s) to the customer if still available. Please be patient during this process"
1/48 DeHavilland Sea Vixen FAW.2 September 2020 scheduled released? We hear some rumors that this product re-release was cancelled? We are not 100% sure as some of our suppliers still show it in their listing. We will keep you posted.
