Your Feedback:
So far it's been great; lots of cool products in stock, and most at very competitive prices, along with reasonable shipping prices and delivery times. I do think the search function could be dramatically improved though, but that's just me
NOTE FROM LOIC: Absolutely Kevin! Our first goal is to make Kitlinx2 "fly through the cloud". Next we will be looking into more efficient search functions
Kevin from Missouri just earned $5 credit!
Thanks for stocking hard to find items that aren't always easy to find, such as this last order. I know I can rely on Kitlinx to always come thru with quality products at a reasonable price! When I search the net for an item, I frequently find that the thing I was looking for can be found here at Kitlinx. Thanks, Loic!
Marty from California just earned $5 credit!
XtraColor Restock:
The order is ready in Europe. Loic will pick up the package personally during his trip to Europe in a week. It will avoid the lengthy custom paperwork for hazardous material. XtraColor will be FULLY IN STOCK at Kitlinx on September 24.
Meng 1/32 Dr.I (Quality Control Issue):
After looking into many kits, we found that this "tiny plastic part" is connected to the wing with a VERY THIN bridge. It is NOT the same part as the left side. In all of our kits where the part was disconnected, the missing part is INSIDE the plastic bag. It just broke off because that bridge is so thin.
For many of you ,MODELERS, it will take a very small touch of glue to reconnect the part. This bridge is "so small" that you may want to use Superglue. Please look into this option, IF acceptable to you, before going thru a messy and lengthy part recovery.
