Your Feedback:
It looks to me the system upgrade works very well. My last order arrived in my mailbox within a week! Thanks very much
John from California just earned $5 credit!
NOTE 1 from the "boss": Kitlinx2 is NOT working perfectly still. There are some semi-automated processes that need to be tested/verified. One good example is our "Blast Newsletter". It has been a nightmare with our ISP screwing up first, before fixing the issues... Very frustrating, but we have this feature to work now (IF you read this Newsletter?)
Just wanted to let you know that I was impressed that you were able to get me the Mask I needed for my Tamiya 1/48 Mosquito. I can't tell you how many other websites indicated that they have it and then said it was no longer available and I would have to go directly to Eduard to get it. I didn't mind the wait and was happy that you were able to source it so quickly
Jim from New York just earned $5 credit!
NOTE 2 from the "boss": Many NEW customers are still "learning how" Kitlinx works! Please CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS FIRST (that is working! Updated daily!), before asking about where your order is. Very often it is related to products sourced in EUROPE! The 2-weeks delay is sometimes faster, sometimes SLOWER. It depends on many factors outside Kitlinx control.
GOOD NEWS: We have dropped the 10% COVID shipping overcharge for Items-Sourced-in-Europe, to now 5%. Shipping is faster and slightly cheaper. All products sourced in Europe are now 5% cheaper than for the last 6 months!
