Shipment Delays:

Kitlinx orders WEEKLY to Europe, which adds about 30,000 products to our large database. It's a marvelous way for US customers to reach products that are not available within the 50-States - or reach products which have not YET arrived in the US - all this without encumbrance of high shipping costs/Customs issues from Europe! Kitlinx states on the STATUS of each item if a product is reached oversea "Special Order in Europe, Ships in less than 2 weeks". We always have inquiries from NEW customers wondering why it takes so long... Kitlinx usually orders on MONDAYS to Europe, and get the order about 10 days later (mid-week of the following week)

However, sometimes it comes faster, and sometimes it is slower. We experienced some major delays due to the disruption of COVID to the freight-airline industry.

We are watching an "European Order" held in Los Angeles Customs which was ordered on November 2nd, at the same time of another European order ordered on November 9th which arrived TODAY! Please be patient with such delays, as they are beyond Kitlinx control. Suddenly today, 100s of orders are released!!!

Your Feedback:

I am writing about my experiences with Kitlinx

1. I think that you have the widest selection of models and supplies that any modeler would ever dream of.

2. they are the best with shipping options

3. their prices are very good

4. I will not shop anywhere else

5. the company is the best I have ever had the chance to order from without having to be a member of (NOTE from the Boss: I'm not sure about this? You have to be a "Member" to order from Kitlinx)

BELOW is a follow up on the "Veterans Day" email of Nov.11. Kitlinx truly enjoys the comments from its customers. Keep them comin'

Thank you for your family that fought the Axis, and your recounting your family's history this Armistice Day on Kitlinx.

my 29 year old Dad in Cessna's GC-1 before the 1930 Cirrus Cross Country Race

As most of the world was swept along, so was my family. Dad was an ATC pilot that picked up Doolittle & his Tokyo Raiders that made it to Burma in 'Zuni', TWA's converted B-307 to C-75. (Attached photo below from the official TWA history).

Mom was a Flight Nurse that met Dad on a C-54 medical flight just after D-Day.

Sad to say the young me didn't pay much attention to the few stories Dad told me. But they were all harrowing.

My namesake was my Mom's brother that died in the 1st raid on the Ploești, Romania refineries. A ball turret gunner on a B-24 shot down, he had no parachute.

Veterans' Day, the Armistice Day elsewhere is a reminder to all alive today, Evil is never conquered forever. Too bad the old tradition of wearing a poppy (Flander's Field) has died here.

If we can recount our family histories to the next generation, perhaps we can avoid a third world war

Search Tips:

Let me add some "tricks" to the POWERFUL search engine of Kitlinx. It's KEY to search over 80,000 available products

1. Use the top box search on Homepage

2. Use several keywords separated by spaces to zero-in your search "1/48 spitfire aircraft_model" (59 kits)

3. Use the underscore "_", like armor_models or Tamiya_ or aircraft_accessor "1/48 spitfire aircraft_access" (456 accessories)

4. Use keyword "instock" to JUST search for in-stock items

5. DO NOT use the asterisk "*"
