I would like to say it’s been a good experience. Everything on the actual KitLinx side is good. Site is good, ordering is good, price was acceptable for the subject matter. Issue I have is with the postal service. I’m pretty sure at this point they lost it, because they have no updates on it other than it is in the city somewhere right next to my city, and has been since five days ago. So, I don’t know what sort of condition it is in, nor if they even know the whereabouts of it

NOTE FROM LOIC: Yes, we have a few inquiries that USPS failed the "Priority Mail" expectations. But to be truthful, 99% of all packages make it FAST! It is 2-3 days from Utah to anywhere in the continental US. During the days of GreatModels, UPS/FedEx prices were affordable from the 2-3lbs range, but it took at least 5-days to cross the country! It is a GAME CHANGER for Kitlinx to use USPS Priority to ship your models even if you live on the East Coast or the Florida Key!
Do not worry, it is VERY RARE that USPS packages get lost. Below is what we suggest if you are worried about the whereabouts of your package via USPS:
