Just a note about both my recent experiences purchasing two books from Kitlinx. The two books were International Air Power Review Compendium editions 4 and 5. Both books were easy to order and arrived in excellent condition. I'm completely satisfied in this regard as it's the most important matter. However, here's an area that can be improved. It took about a week after both items were purchased for them to be actually sent.  That's way too long and there's really no acceptable reason for it.

NOTE FROM LOIC: Kitlinx has made HUGE changes with this move. We have a new relationship with two retail stores, sharing inventory, moving products around. On the "book subject", our 3,000+ titles are not organized on bookshelves yet. The gorgeous bookshelves are coming in the next week or two - they are located in the SSLC Store, available to the walk-ins. Because the books are not fully organized, it is sometimes difficult to find specific titles. But we ALL AGREE, it is unacceptable! A mail order operation has to be efficient...  Kitlinx packers have less than 30 seconds to find each product.
