European Orders Delays - We have TWO European orders delayed. One is landing tomorrow (Sep.4), the other by mid-week - the third one is right on time by mid-week! Please be patient with these European-weekly-orders, because there are LOTS of factors involved. It usually takes about 10 days (Monday to Wednesday of the following week), we state 2-weeks to be safe. But once-in-a-while, there are some hiccups!

Customer Service - We are still working at setting up our NEW customer service. Below is a picture of the CS booths. The emails are now brought to 'the clouds' to reach all employees and speed the process of answering inquiries. Our goal is to have a limited- hours phone service by this fall 2021. Kitlinx will open this service from 2-6pm MST

Retail Connections - Kitlinx has connected to further lines in stock at our retail locations. It includes a full inventory of these line before we show them - Microscale Liquids, Bob Smith Industries, Testors (mostly discontinued). Did you see our Tamiya Paint/Accessories offering? (400+ items) Kitlinx is now keeping FULL INVENTORY of the paints and accessories in stock AT ALL TIMES! We also worked on Mr.Hobby/Gunze (500+ items)

Kinetic restock - Kitlinx restocked Kinetic Model after our IPMS show where we sold MANY of these amazing kits. We have over 70+ of these kits in stock! Probably the highest inventory of any US supplier

NOTE from Loic: Kitlinx will try to help with any quality control issue. It is not an easy task. Kitlinx wants the manufacturer to be responsible for its own QC. We recommend you contact the manufacturer directly. But with such an extensive line of products, often sourced oversea, it's sometimes necessary that Kitlinx climbs up the source (distributor/importer/manufacturer). Kitlinx has a new system of "support-ticket" to follow up on your QC issues, but we appreciate your follow up as well

Let me add some "tricks" to the POWERFUL search engine of Kitlinx (the SEARCH BOX at the TOP of the website). Below are the KEYS to search ~ 80,000 available products (63% in US, 37% in Europe)
1. Use the top box search on Homepage
2. Use several keywords separated by spaces to zero-in your search "1/48 spitfire aircraft_model" (59 kits)
3. Use the underscore "_", like armor_models or Tamiya_ or aircraft_accessor "1/48 spitfire aircraft_access" (456 accessories)
4. Use keyword "instock" to JUST search for in-stock items
5. If you are searching for SALE items, use the keyword "~special~"
6. Don't forget the Manufacturer's link on TOP of each Product-Page. It quickly shows ALL available product from the same manufacturer
7. DO NOT use the asterisk "*"
