Cancel Items Online!! It works. Customer can now go on their ONLINE ORDER STATUS and cancel an item IF this item has NOT been sourced. It allows to move a larger order and disregard an item that has ran out of inventory. When an item is cancelled, the cost of the item is credited back to your account. The EASIEST way to get your order shipped fast!!

Schiffer Publishing: Kitlinx is expecting another shipment from Schiffer on Monday including the entire "Armor" series. These "Legends of Warfare" series are a new interesting series for Aircraft/Armor/Ships modelers with walk-around of each vehicle/aircraft/ship.

"A very linear process and they did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. Probably not the best source for the instant gratification crowd, though, and it's important that the customer understand how the site works before ordering. A valid way to obtain kits and modeling supplies and the process works for me. I'll certainly use them again"

NOTE FROM LOIC: I respectfully would like to comment on the 'Instant Gratification' (please remember, French LOVE to argue!!). Instant gratification happens when ALL products are IN STOCK, and ship immediately. Kitlinx has 26,000 SKUs in stock. That's about 2,000 short of what GreatModels used to have... Plenty to ship for 'Instant Gratification' especially on paints and kits, IF ALL ORDERED ITEMS ARE IN STOCK. In the above review, Phillip is a 'first-time' customer who ordered an item sourced in Europe. NOT GOOD for 'Instant Gratification'. Kitlinx lists over 35,000 of these items not available in the US. Another 35,000 are sourced in the US with about one week delay (actually 3-5 days). Kitlinx tries to be UPFRONT with its customers and shows the availability under STATUS on each item page.
Please remember that Kitlinx is associated with two local Hobby shops. Going to Kitlinx will give you a similar inventory experience as going to your local 'well supplied' hobby shop!

The above kit is GORGEOUS. Congrats to Copper State Models from Latvia (yes they are part of NATO!). The instructions are precise and in color. A local modeler is building this amazing kit for Loic to add to our local WW 1 display case. But the rigging of that beast is going to be a challenge!

Let me add some "tricks" to the POWERFUL search engine of Kitlinx (the SEARCH BOX at the TOP of the website). Below are the KEYS to search ~ 100,000+ available products (67% in US, 33% in Europe)
1. Use the top box search on Homepage
2. Use several keywords separated by spaces to zero-in your search. Example: "1/48 spitfire aircraft_model"
3. Use the underscore "_", like armor_models or Tamiya_ or aircraft_accessor. Example: "1/48 spitfire aircraft_access"
4. Use keyword "instock" to JUST search for in-stock items
5. If you are searching for SALE items, use the keyword "~special~"
6. Don't forget the Manufacturer's link on TOP of each Product-Page. It quickly shows ALL available product from the same manufacturer
7. DO NOT use the asterisk "*"
