PROGRAMMING UPGRADES:
1. NOW ACTIVE: An email is automatically sent to the customer when an ordered item suddenly becomes UNAVAILABLE at the supplier. This email is triggered 2 weeks after the order date. It allows YOU to remove the item if you don't wish to wait for a restock, and expedite your order that should be complete by then! [Orders should be complete within a week if sourced in US, two weeks if sourced in Europe]
2. SHOULD BE ACTIVATED BY TOMORROW FRIDAY 11/18: Customer currently have an automated BUTTON to REMOVE non-sourced items on your Order History Page (also called Order Status - click on username, look for Order History and select your order#). Kitlinx is ADDING another BUTTON [on your Order History Page] to ADD Items to your current order. It will add shipping charges if warranted. Shipping costs are always settled when Kitlinx ships your order - This feature will allow the customer to remove an item, and replace it with another... or add an item they initially forgot! WARNING: adding an item NOT in stock but available might delay your initial order.
No changes can occur if your order is complete and ready to ship

I appreciate having the selection of products that Kitlinx offers and I regularly look to them to find hard to find items. However, I do wish that something could be done to speed up delivery of items marked as
RESPONSE FROM LOIC: Kitlinx is VERY interested to SPEED UP the delivery to customer. I searched the last orders from Carl, and one was ordered on 11/2 and shipped on 11/3. This item was IN STOCK (Kitlinx has 24k items in stock). The previous order was placed on 10/20, and today is 11/17 and it's shipping now. 3 items ordered came from the US and 3 from Europe! But this order got stuck because one item arrived from supplier with a different description! This order was ready to ship on 11/7, and it took Kitlinx 10 days to sort it out! we intend to improve our timing when mistakes occur.

1. Use the top box search on Homepage
2. Please note that the keywords you type will stay in the search box. It will allow to correct typos or slightly change your search
3. Use several keywords separated by spaces to zero-in your search. Example: "1/48 spitfire aircraft_model"
4. Use the underscore "_", like armor_models or Tamiya_ or aircraft_accessor. Example: "1/48 spitfire aircraft_access"
5. Use keyword "instock" to JUST search for in-stock items
6. If you are searching for SALE items, use the keyword "~special~"
7. Don't forget the Manufacturer's link on TOP of each Product-Page. It quickly shows ALL available product from the same manufacturer
