To answer the “tell us about your experience” email, the fact that I’ve been a Kitlinx customer for five years now says it all. I’ve been happy with your service that long. Kitlinx offers products that I just can’t get at my two very well stocked local hobby shops, for one thing (like different paint brands, aftermarket parts, and many out of production kits from collections).  While items sourced from Europe can take longer to ship, that’s true of all hobby suppliers. I actually enjoy the anticipation; it reminds me of the days before the Internet when patience was valued and customers built relationships with suppliers. In five years, Kitlinx has not once failed to deliver an order exactly as expected. Well done, Loic and company!
