New?
- Delays in shipping!
Kitlinx has stopped its operation last week (right after the move) to make
sure its efficiency and accuracy would NOT be affected by that move. It was
a challenge to reorganize the accessory shelves, kits and books - and
change/train some of our personnel! Operation resumed yesterday (Oct.18)
with several hundreds of orders on the back-log
We would like to apologize to our customers for these
delays, but unless this mail order operation is stricly organized, it would be
impossible to keep a profit!
We are now down to about 60 orders back-logged but should
be caught up by the end of the week... just as we received our newest European
order, and more US orders... The pressure never lets down!
