We have noticed that some customers are very touchy and difficult LATELY. It's very rare in our industry since modeling is so "fun". One customer received mistakenly a kit he did not order. All he had to do was to send it back for a full refund and our apology (coding issue with Great Wall Hobby). But this customer decided to send "fire and brimstone" upon Kitlinx... Another customer this week was NEW. His first order was a simple order in the US. The system states "Ships in about one week". Unfortunately, President's day was in the middle of that, so it took 8 days. We got threatened with BBB, Utah Attorney's office, his bank...
