Hopefully our LAST discussion about our European supplier and this
"tariffs" issue
- There are two programming errors left to resolve
- Our supplier said it will be done on Monday (Loic called Europe
directly to confirm)
- Our order is paid for, so we will have the choice on Monday to
let EMS pick it up, or Parcel Monkey will pick it up if these errors
are not resolved
- Kitlinx is now expecting this order by next Friday!
- Kitlinx Order is the "test order" to allow this supplier to ship
to the US again!
What a mess... We apologize to our valued customers and appreciate your
patience
Paypal Issues?
Kitlinx is currently watching very carefully our Paypal transactions.
Some customers have experienced some issues at Checkout, with Paypal
timing out. However the order was charged and but the order was not
fully processed back to Kitlinx- Some customers did not realize that
the transaction was completed, and tried to checkout again, creating
double charges. Our programmers are looking into this issue. If you
experience such frustrating problem, please verify you are charged by
Paypal and verify on your customer status that the order went thru.
Please contact Customer Service in order to retrieve your order and
avoid any delays.
Please also let us know if you have had any glitches on your checkout.

Before doing all our sales, Kitlinx is doing a full inventory of the
line to make sure we avoid inventory mistakes. A good exemple of the
HUGE line of Eduard Accessories in stock... we found over 100 more
accessories in stock, than missing accessories!
