We may have re-stared the flow of European Orders, but it does not mean
that it's without gliches! With our new shipper route, it's super fast
- but it comes with programming glitches. On two of our last three
orders, one customs form got some "errors" that delayed the pickup (and
increased the manual process which is not fun when 100s of items are
involved). It is currently happening with this third order which should
finally ship tomorrow. We will most
likely receive it on Monday or Tuesday!
It probably means that our promise of "Item
sourced in Europe, available in 2 weeks" should say "3 weeks" instead... we might change that
statement if we see that the problems persist. It also means that it
becomes UNLIKELY to receive a product from Europe BEFORE Christmas if you order it now.
