Moving Saga... The move of Kitlinx was completed ONE WEEK ago, but it has
been a struggle to re-organize the shipping organization to be
efficient and timely. We have hired new people to help us in this
transition
Our backlog is about 120 orders, with the most recent European Order
received/currently shipping to customers, and our next European Order
landing early next week.
Customer Phone Support Update We moved our customer support phone line to another line,
but kept the SAME number.
This move was NOT smooth. Verizon's system was not very efficient and
it kept our customers "in the dark" for a week. This phone line is now
working. Emails support@kitlinx.com is always available.
