Your feedback:

I just placed my first order with your company.  Very Impressed.  It was Cyber Monday when the order was placed.  I had my items on Friday.  Very impressed with the speed of service especially considering the holiday.  The items were packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition.  In addition the prices were the best I have seen and the Cyber Monday sale made them even better.

I do like your website, especially the information on what is in stock or would need to be ordered.

Overall a great experience,  I will be using your services again!  Thanks for the great service.

John

Greetings!

My experience with my first order has been very positive. A very good first impression.  You provided much faster processing and shipping than Roll Models. Perhaps it was a case of everything falling into line just right but hopefully I'll be able to count on similar performance in the future.

My only negative would be that your shipping and handling costs seem higher than other outfits. This is not a killer issue as I've noticed higher shipping charges from  most venders lately.

As I said a very fine first impression.

I'll be back.

Gary

SHIPPING COSTS: Kitlinx is currently in discussion with its programming staff about 'shipping rate tables' used. We have noticed some discrepancies, and when the differences are too great, we have given some credits back to customers. The issue is mostly with USPS First Class and Priority Mail tables for US Customers - using the inflated 'flat rate' - rather than the default 'rectangular package' rates. Please be patient with us, we will come to the bottom of this issue!

If you think you are over-charged, just put a comment in the "Special Instructions" and we will evaluate the issue and credit your account back if shipping is inaccurate. Please remember that we are in Utah, so customers residing on the East Coast have higher rates than those in the Mid-West or West Coast.

Lines Updated (busy week!)

If you see line that needs update, please send me an email loic@kitlinx.com

ORDER STATUS: We have 'cleaned' the way order status looks. It now contains just the information you need. If an item is received and assigned to your order, it will just show "received" or "on packing table" or "shipped"... no confusion!

As a reminder to check your order status:

1. Login

2. Click on your username

3. Click on "Order History"

That's simple!
