To Whom It May Concern
I placed 2 orders back to back and both had some problems, it was a little "CRAZY" but "1" person went out of his way and fixed the issue on both orders, his Name is LOIN ANTHIAN. Many Thanks to him for assisting in clearing up the issue and I've got both orders mailed out to me. Haven't seen them yet but they should be here soon. You people should give Mr. Loin Anthian a raise for going out of his way and doing an excellent job. You people have got yourselves a steady customer now.

SHIPPING RATE UPDATE
We fixed all the US Postal Service tables for 1st Class and Priority Mail. FYI, 90% of our US Continental shipment go USPS Priority, and it's because it's 2-3 days to any location in the US, and often the same cost or cheaper than UPS, unless it's a heavy package going on the East Coast or the South East.
Please notice our cheaper rates that are now ACCURATE for 1st Class (under 1lb.) and Priority Mail
We also updated the weight of all the small accessories...
CATALOGS
We are sending an inquiry to our customers willing to help Kitlinx grow. We need someone with knowledge of printed catalog publishing software. The 2017 Roll Models Catalog was 188 pages. But it was sure small print!!
Kitlinx wants to publish THREE catalogs in the first quarter of 2019 - Aircraft / Armor-Sci-Fi / Ships - Books - Tools
Kitlinx can easily produce a listing of the product through its database, and will ask the designer to format it, include pagination, categorize it, and add a few pictures/logos to illustrate it
Below are the number of items for each subject (models & related accessories) - there are also 9,600 decals. We are going to separate the decals between Aircraft/Armor
The above will cover about 66,500 model products we carry in stock, or are available (excludes all train related products). We will mark each item with a in-stock (X), available (A) or Special Order (S) marker, but be cautious that it is like chasing a MOVING ball... Inventory fluctuates daily!
Welcome to Atlantis Models, taking over some former-owned molds and reproducing some 'kits of the past'. Grab yours while you can! Those are good subjects to get your kids started on fairly inexpensive and fun models - Build our future modelers!
Why this HUGE list of books? Look them over! They are all available and most of them will be IN STOCK within ONE WEEK! (if Santa doesn't have a flat tire!). Many more books will show on the database in the next two weeks
