Your order date was on 4/02, and it is 4/12 today. We actually received the 4/02European Order on 4/08. Pretty impressive!

You were smart to order BEFORE the Every-Monday-11am European order. It's the best timing we can offer (because of Kitlinx growth, we should be able to now make TWO orders per week!)

The two items you ordered were "glues", and it was denied for "Air Shipment" by the supplier (that's why XtraColors take so long to restock!)

Because a couple cheap products in your order were NOT procured, it HELD your order, which we now can ship after canceling/refunding these two items

Kitlinx changed the FedEx request to USPS Priority. It was similarly priced, but it will take 2 days to the East Coast! (rather than 5 via FedEx/UPS)
Kitlinx wanted to show our customers that it is VERY USEFUL to look at your ORDER STATUS. If ONE product is not captured by our automated system, it will HOLD your order
