1. It allows our customer-support team to receive inquiries and respond directly from any computer because all the information is posted online (nothing confidential)
2. The "tricky part" is to connect automatically all suppliers. The process is currently semi-automated. Automation brings greater "availability accuracy"
3. Instantaneous Order Status, Change in orders, Orders to suppliers will be all automated when #2 is completed
